Susan Ison, Executive Director

Susan has been a co-director and then the executive director since 1993. She loves children and believes that their health and safety are critical to the health and safety of the entire community.

Evelyn Lopez, Assistant Director

She is the first voice heard when calling in. She is amazing at understanding and helping those who are stuck! She speaks English and Spanish and understands the food program very well. She is always there and willing to help.

Olga Contreras, Office Manager

Olga has been with Helping Hands since 1995. She is our center specialist. She was born in Colombia and has used her skills to translate hundreds of newsletters and forms for us over the years. She is always available to help anyone who has a question about the CACFP!

Natalia Cagliani, Monitor

Natalia is an amazing field monitor. She visits our provider in their homes and helps them understand the program, resolve meal issues and come up with creative menu ideas! She loves to work with the community and being involved. She is originally from Argentina, but has been in the US for many years. She speaks both Spanish and English.

Patricia Sanchez, Monitor

Patricia also works with each individual provider. She visits them, guides and helps them. She is excellent at troubleshooting and coming up with solutions to childcare nutrition issues. She was born in the beautiful El Salvador, and is completely fluent in both Spanish and English.

An Nguyen, Monitor

An is our Asian specialist. She speaks English and Vietnamese. She is amazingly organized and excels and helping our providers understand and follow the nutrition guidelines. She loves to help our providers understand and follow all the regs!
